Why we exist

Retail floors, hotel back offices, and family restaurants across Hong Kong still keep cash in a locked vault overnight. The trouble rarely arrives as theft headlines; it arrives as a missing stage — a withdrawal that left without a witness line, a deposit pouch that returned unsigned. AI Orchestration Digital formed to give those teams a movement log they can trust before the argument starts.

Origin

We began with a short series of reconciliation mornings for hospitality groups near Quarry Bay. Controllers asked for the same thing in different words: a sheet that matches how the safe actually opens, not a textbook form photocopied from another industry. From those mornings we shaped a repeatable log setup day and the lighter visits that follow.

How we work

We observe first. We watch who holds the keys, how pouches are labelled, and where sticky notes accumulate. Only then do we design columns. Training happens with real (or anonymised) movements from the prior week so the cashier pair feels the rhythm before we leave.

We stay deliberately small. One lead practitioner per engagement, optional second witness for larger multi-vault sites. Our office at Westlands Centre is for briefings and staging sessions; the serious work happens beside your vault.
