Rates reflect on-site time, the number of people who handle the vault, and whether more than one offline wallet sits on the same floor. Figures below are starting points in Hong Kong dollars. Final quotes follow a short scoping call.

Vault Movement Log Setup

From HK$6,800 — one vault location, up to four regular handlers, full-day design plus half-day follow-up. Extra vaults on the same site are usually +HK$2,400 each after the walk-through.

Reconciliation Visit

From HK$1,800 — two to three hours on site to walk the log against contents and close open stages. Evening hospitality slots after 19:00 carry a modest surcharge.

Withdrawal Staging Session

HK$1,200 — ninety minutes of coaching to map staged withdrawals, witness rules, and return windows. Held at your premises or in a meeting room at Westlands Centre.

What changes the estimate

• More than one safe or drawer treated as separate offline wallets
• Handlers who work in rotating language pairs and need bilingual column headers (English / Traditional Chinese labels available)
• Sites that require security escort check-in time before we reach the vault
• Urgent same-week booking when a discrepancy already exists

Deposits & payment

A 30% deposit confirms the setup day. Visits and staging sessions are payable on the day or by invoice within seven days for account clients. We do not offer monthly software-style subscriptions; recurring reconciliation can be booked as a simple visit series with dates agreed in writing.
