What is included
- A morning walk-through of your vault, pouch habits, and current notes
- Design of the movement log columns: date, stage, amount or pouch ID, purpose, initiator, witness, return or deposit confirmation
- Practice runs with your cashier pair using yesterday’s real movements (amounts anonymised if you prefer)
- A printed master sheet and a simple photocopy or binder routine
- Half-day follow-up within two weeks to adjust columns after live use
What is excluded
- Banking relationships, armoured transport bookings, or insurance placement
- Software installation or cloud ledgers
- Overnight guarding or cash-in-transit staffing
Provider & process
A lead vault-log practitioner from AI Orchestration Digital runs the day on site. We begin with observation, draft the sheet before lunch, run practice entries after lunch, and leave a signed specimen page with your controller.
Preparation
Have two people available who normally open the vault. Bring the last week of informal notes, pouch tags, and any float limits you already follow. Clear a quiet table near the safe.
Constraints
We work with physical cash and sealed pouches only. We do not handle cryptocurrency cold devices or bank API reconciliations. Visits are scheduled Monday–Friday; Saturday mornings by arrangement for hospitality sites.
Pricing basis
From HK$6,800 for a single vault location with up to four regular handlers. Additional vaults on the same site are quoted after the walk-through.
