By accessing aiorchestration.digital or engaging AI Orchestration Digital for vault movement log work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book our offerings.
Services described
Pages on this site describe on-site and coaching offerings related to offline wallet vault movement logs, staged withdrawals, and deposits. Descriptions are informational. A confirmed booking or written quotation forms the contract for a specific engagement.
Bookings & client duties
You must provide accurate information about vault locations, handlers, and any safety or access requirements. You are responsible for ensuring we are authorised to enter the premises and observe cash-handling areas. You remain responsible for your own cash, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.
Intellectual property
Specimen log sheets, training notes, and website content created by AI Orchestration Digital remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use customised log formats produced for your engagement in your own operations. You may not resell our materials as a competing training product.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, AI Orchestration Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, arising from use of the site or from vault discrepancies that occur after our visit. Our aggregate liability for a booked engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We do not guarantee that a movement log will prevent theft, error, or dispute. The log is a record-keeping aid operated by your staff.
Website use
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
